Our stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, thanks to its wonderful location right by the ski slopes and the attentive staff who catered to our needs. The room had a stunning view of the mountains, making our experience even more memorable. However, we did face a bit of frustration with our initial room assignment, which soured the start of our vacation. Despite this setback, the overall experience was pleasing, although the lack of spa facilities was a disappointment.

I had a great winter holiday at this hotel located right in front of the ski slopes, which made it super convenient for skiing.
