Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, thanks to its wonderful location right by the ski slopes and the attentive staff who catered to our needs. The room had a stunning view of the mountains, making our experience even more memorable. However, we did face a bit of frustration with our initial room assignment, which soured the start of our vacation. Despite this setback, the overall experience was pleasing, although the lack of spa facilities was a disappointment.
I had a great winter holiday at this hotel located right in front of the ski slopes, which made it super convenient for skiing. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, but I faced a few issues with my initial room assignment that left a slightly negative impression. The breakfast was quite good with a variety of options, but the dining choices outside the hotel seemed limited if you're exploring the area. Overall, it's a solid choice for a ski getaway, but be prepared for potential hiccups with room bookings.
I had a great time at Holiday Inn Alpensia, especially with the ski-in/ski-out convenience. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering amazing views of the slopes. The buffet restaurant, however, didn't accommodate us for a late dinner on New Year's Eve, which was a letdown. While the location and room quality make it attractive for skiers, some aspects like the bathroom maintenance could be improved.
The hotel offers a fantastic opportunity for skiers with its almost ski-to-door access and beautiful views of the slopes. While the facilities are decent, I did encounter several issues that left me disappointed, including service hiccups and a lack of maintenance in the rooms. Overall, the location is a major highlight, yet the overall experience could be better for the price being charged.
