Our stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, thanks to its wonderful location right by the ski slopes and the attentive staff who catered to our needs. The room had a stunning view of the mountains, making our experience even more memorable. Despite this setback, the overall experience was pleasing, although the lack of spa facilities was a disappointment.
